We believe that the prices will continue to increase a little more, as new houses cannot be developed. If we have citizens who want to buy housing in this process, we recommend them to wait. Because the mortgage loan rates are very high, but if you have citizens who have money and need housing, we recommend them to buy them. But we do not look very favorably on credit sales. Citizens, with the effect of the pandemic, instead of storey houses, they turned to places with a single-storey garden villa style or a safe green area. There is an earthquake insurance requirement. Our citizens obey to take out earthquake insurance as much as possible. Earthquake insurance is usually made for one year and at the end of one year, those who want to renew are renewed, and those who do not want to renew continue to do so ”. Altınay said, “Our citizens who are not members of the Chamber of Realtors and who are not members of the Chamber of Commerce should take care not to buy or sell leasing.
