Turkish foreign minister congratulates new Norwegian counterpart

Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu Wednesday congratulated his Norwegian counterpart Anniken Huitfeldt on her newly assumed office.

According to a statement by the Turkish Foreign Ministry, Cavusoglu held a phone call with Huitfeldt to congratulate her on his appointment as Norway’s new foreign minister.

The two ministers also discussed bilateral relations and regional developments, including Palestine and Afghanistan issues.
